Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
  • Western Canada: 5–7 business days
  • Atlantic Canada & Territories: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Packaging Every decant is carefully packaged to prevent leaks and damage during transit. We take great care in wrapping and securing each item before it leaves our hands.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. For lost packages, reach out and we will open an investigation with Canada Post on your behalf.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
