Founder, Scent LegacyI got into fragrances the wrong way. I walked into a store, sprayed something on my wrist, and felt like a completely different person. Then I looked at the price tag.
$280 for 100ml. For a Tuesday. I put it back and went home.
That kept happening. I would find something incredible, wear the tester until the staff recognized me, and never actually buy the bottle. I tried cheaper alternatives. Most of them smelled close for about forty minutes and then turned into something I did not want on my skin.
So I started figuring out the actual problem. It was not the fragrance itself. It was the format. Alcohol-based perfume is expensive to produce, expensive to ship, and most of it evaporates before it even hits your skin. There had to be a better way.
Scent Legacy came out of that. A lot of testing, a lot of failed batches, and eventually something that actually worked. Really worked.
Oil-based fragrance that

The reputation oil-based fragrance has is that it sits quietly on your skin and nobody notices it but you. That is the version made with cheap carrier oils and fragrance that was never meant to perform.
Ours is different. We spent a long time getting the carrier blend right so that it diffuses off the skin the way a proper spray does. It projects in the first hour, it develops through the day, and it lasts significantly longer than anything alcohol-based at the same price point. That is not a claim. That is what happens when you get the formula right.

A decant is a small portion drawn directly from a genuine, authenticated full-size bottle. We transfer it into a clean atomizer and ship it to you. What you get is the real scent, the real performance, the real experience of wearing Dior Sauvage or Tom Ford Ombre Leather or Bleu de Chanel, at a fraction of what the bottle costs.
It is a good way to try something before committing. It is also a good way to wear things you love without spending rent money on a 100ml bottle.

That should not be reserved for people with a certain budget. It never made sense to us that it was.
We are a small operation and we care about every order that goes out. The fragrance gets checked. The packaging gets done properly. If something is wrong, we fix it. That is not a policy we wrote down somewhere. It is just how we think about the people buying from us.
